एंटी करप्शन मूवमेंट भारत (ACM Bharat) एक वैध, शांतिपूर्ण एवं गैर-राजनीतिक सामाजिक संगठन है, जो भारत के संविधान में प्रदत्त अधिकारों के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत होकर कार्य करता है।
एंटी करप्शन मूवमेंट भारत को “, केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग, भारतीय ट्रस्ट अधिनियम, राष्ट्रीय मानव अधिकार आयोग, भारत सरकार के नीति आयोग, भारत सरकार के आयकर विभाग, नेशनल कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया आदि से प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त संस्था है।
यह संगठन भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19(1)(a) एवं 19(1)(c) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त
अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता तथा संघ/संगठन बनाने के अधिकार के अनुसार गठित एवं संचालित है।
एंटी करप्शन मूवमेंट भारत का उद्देश्य किसी व्यक्ति, संस्था या सरकार को बदनाम करना नहीं है, बल्कि भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध जन-जागरूकता, नैतिक समर्थन और वैधानिक सहयोग प्रदान करना है।

यह संगठन राष्ट्रहित, सुशासन, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित है।
Legal Status/ Validity of Anti Corruption Movement Bharat-
(ACM Bharat) is a lawful, peaceful, and non-political social organization, functioning strictly within the framework of the Constitution of India.
The organization is established and operated under the rights guaranteed by
Article 19(1)(a) and Article 19(1)(c) of the Indian Constitution, which ensure
freedom of expression and the right to form associations or unions.
Central Vigilance Commission, The National Human Rights Commission, Indian Trust Act, Department Of Income Tax, National Council Of India, Niti Ayog- Government Of India issued Certificates to Anti Corruption Movement Bharat.
ACM Bharat does not aim to defame any individual, institution, or government. Its primary objective is to promote public awareness, ethical support, and lawful assistance in the fight against corruption.
